I love peridot. There is no other gem with its color, unless it's man made. And if you go on line and check places like eBay, you can find them at a very reasonable rates. I also use peridot chips. They come with drilled holes so you are set to string them. There are all kinds of gemstone beads you can find online. Just imagine what color you want and go for it.
