Use a 6mm jump ring to attach a small round charm to the bottom of one of the cross connectors.

Attach an ear wire to the top of the cross connector.

Repeat for the second earrings.

Using your flat nose or chain nose pliers, grip the loop at the bottom of the ear wire and twist to one side.

Using a 6mm jump ring to attach a teardrop charm to the bottom of the ear wire.

Repeat for the second earring.

These are cute and I admit they are very easy but I would not be able to take credit for making them. I don't consider just adding a jump ring and earring hooks creating something. I guess for a beginner with no tools or experience it's ok but it just isn't my style.
