Those look more like e beads than seed beads, but I am not sure if those terms can be used interchangeably or not, but for this pattern I guess it can be. I have a collection of all colors of e beads in different colors that I could use for this. Lots of color possibilities by combining them.

This is a great project for a beginner or a fast present for experienced ones. It's basic, and very easy but you can make it fancier in so many ways. Like make rings in black and white and alternate them. Or hang a charm on the end. Plus two loops would make great earrings.
