What a brilliant idea. I would have never thought of this myself because I dont wear tights very often, but if you are like the designer and are quite often throwing away something on a regular basis you would think of a way to repurpose instead of helping to fill up our landfills.

Okay, I thought I had seen jewelry made from everything possible. Stones, Clay, paper, pins, paper clips and more. Now it's panty hose? Someone has a great imZgination. I have a few old pairs that I don't use anymore. My grand kids used some for Halloween masks. Now I am going to use them on this very neAt, easy project.
