This is very easy and very pretty. I think I will try it. But I think I will make a few changes. First of all I think the dangle at the bottom is a bit over done. It really doesn't blend with the rhinestones. I am going to think about that for a bit.

I have seen these hanging rhinestone earrings before but could not find the color I wanted. I never thought you could paint them with nail polish. Is there a certain kind to use?
