When I was a kid they were called slave bracelets and every young girl had one. Mine was a turquoise ring and a bracelet with a turquoise type buckle connected by silver chains. They were are the rage. Now they are back. Maybe I can make one similar to the one I had.

I have something similar to this from way back when, a bracelet connected to a ring with a chain. I never thought to make my own. A delicate silver or black chain and pearls, would be lovely. As with all DIY jewelry, the options are endless. I love the step by step photos, and simple directions.

This look is so trendy now and what better way to sport the new look than to make one specifically to your own taste and wardrobe! You can chose the color tone of the metal to either play off your skin tone or contrast to it depending on how much of a statement you want to make! This project certainly is an eye-catcher for sure!
