Faux Egyptian Perfume Bottle Necklace
"This eye catching pendant is inspired by the exotic hand-blown glass Egyptian Perfume Bottle. It's a surprisingly easy stringing project that uses a mixture of bead caps arranged so that they highlight the pretty focal bead, with a couple of Swarovski crystals to add a bit of sparkle. You could easily substitute the blown glass bead with a lamp work bead or even a European style bead if the budget won't stretch to a Venetian bead. There's even a bonus chain-making instruction included."

To design your bottle pendant, you'll need to sort through your bead cap mix and find combinations that work well together. Try different combinations of bead caps some bell shaped, some flat, some cupped. Place multiple pieces together to create fancy shapes, or string some upside down to give them a different look.

This is beautiful. I have heart shaped Czech glass beads that work very well for this. Mine are deep red. So I will use gold findings on it. I know a lot of my friends would love receiving this as a gift. I can take care of a lot of my Christmas presents with this.
