What a good way to get into the Halloween spirit by making a Halloween hat to put on a headband or maybe even use for decorations. This is a cool hat and the tutorial is so easy a child can do it and no two have to be a like. you can use beads along the glued side seam or jewels or buttons. The choices are endless. What little girl would not like making her own Halloween headband?
