If you've wanted to try the ombre trend but have been too nervous to dye your hair, then these Watercolor Ombre DIY Earrings are a great compromise. To make these clay earrings, you will need self-hardening clay, watercolor paint, 2 eye pins, and ear hooks. This clay jewelry tutorial will show you how to create an ombre effect by applying more paint at the bottom of your clay shape, and then, gradually adding more water as you go. After seeing how beautiful these homemade earrings are, you may feel more confident to try the look on your tresses, too.

These are gorgeous and very easy to do. But I use the clay that you bake. I have never had luck with air dried clay. I will try these and give them a coat of mod podge dimension to bring out the colors more. I want them in this color for me and shades of yellow and orange for my friend. Thank you for sharing.
