Instant Impression Necklace
If you're looking for something delicate and subtle to add to your jewelry collection, try the Instant Impression Necklace pattern. You'll learn how to make your own charm using polymer clay and a bead or button with a fun texture. Though you're free to play with placement, making your impression off-center will allow you to add accent beads without hiding your work. Put the charm in the oven for 30 minutes, and you'll realize that baking isn't just for cookies anymore.

Nice to see more projects using polymer clay to create jewelry. I recently got into it and I am hooked. It's very versatile and not expensive. Buy the plain white clay and have fun with adding colors. You don't have to go out and buy paint or embossing powders until you decide if this craft is really for you. Just go to your make up case. Eye shadows and blusher work just as well. Eye shadow consists of mica powder which is exactly what is in craft powder. I am going to make this one but I will add just a touch of shadow.

Such fun! This pattern would be ideal as a craft for for girls from 11 - 15, to make for themselves or as gifts. Making the jewellery themselves would be a wonderful means of enhancing self esteem
