Want that special clip to wear for Halloween but do not want to spend a lot on one. Why not make your own with this super easy and fast tutorial. All you need is some silk flower petals, some peel off rhinestones, a and a skull bead and some glue. Put to and add to a hairclip and it is done. Great idea.
