Hi, hineslw 3894972. Thank you for your feedback! Have you tried contacting the designer? If you are unable to get an answer, I would try one of the following methods: 1) punch a hole in the leather at each end, and then string and tie the ribbons, 2) use the E6000 superglue to attach the ribbons to the back of the leather piece, or 3) stitch on the ribbons with thread while stitching the beads between the shells.
